About the role
Hepsiburada is seeking an Information Security Control Specialist to coordinate audit processes, perform ITGC controls, and support internal audit activities within its extensive e‑commerce ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate independent audit processes and requests in line with legal regulations.
- Perform and document ITGC controls such as detailed access reviews, change management, patch management, and backup processes.
- Handle questions and requests arising from audits and periodic controls conducted by the Audit and Internal Control Department.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, maintain communication, and update senior staff on progress.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with technology and other departments.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of international standards and frameworks such as PCI DSS v4.0, ISO 27001:2022, and SOX.
