Information Systems Specialist

About the role

As an Information Systems Specialist you will support daily operations, maintenance and reliability of the company’s IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the team to troubleshoot technical issues, assist with system administration and contribute to IT projects while developing your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations and maintenance of the organization’s information systems infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, network and system‑related issues.
• Assist in administration, monitoring and maintenance of network and server infrastructures.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, installations and technical improvements.
• Provide technical support to internal users and ensure timely resolution or escalation of requests.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, IT or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, information systems or related internships.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Good communication and collaborative abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop a long‑term career in IT.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Networking fundamentals.
• Server environment familiarity.
• Software installation and system configuration.
