Infrastructure Manager

About the role

D-ploy is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation and management of its IT infrastructure in Kurtkoy. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on technical work and leadership of the helpdesk team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design, deployment and maintenance of servers, networks, storage and cloud environments, ensuring alignment with the company’s IT roadmap.
• Lead the helpdesk team, delivering high‑quality support and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Manage infrastructure projects, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Administer networking, server, storage and virtualization platforms, guaranteeing availability, security and performance.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including backup and recovery solutions.
• Handle vendor relationships, contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Implement security policies and ensure compliance with GxP and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree desirable.
• 10+ years of IT infrastructure management experience, preferably in highly regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate cross‑cultural teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware, software, networking and cloud technologies.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and storage solutions.
• Expertise in disaster recovery, backup and business continuity planning.
• Strong troubleshooting of complex infrastructure issues.
• Understanding of security policies and regulatory compliance (GxP, data protection).
