Infrastructure Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide hands‑on operational support across both network and compute infrastructure, ensuring that services remain stable, secure, and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for network and compute environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, review alerts, and proactively prevent service interruptions.
• Troubleshoot network incidents across cabling, hardware, switching, routing, and configuration layers.
• Support Windows Server and related compute platforms, handling configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Act as first‑line support during major incidents, join bridge calls, and coordinate escalations.
• Perform server‑room tasks such as UPS, cooling, fire‑system monitoring, and physical cabling management.
• Deliver remote‑hands assistance including device reboots, console access, and hardware replacement.
• Collaborate with vendors, telecom carriers, engineering teams, and global support groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Network Operations, System Administration or Infrastructure Support.
• Solid understanding of both network and compute infrastructure, with practical experience in at least one area.
• Fluent in English and Turkish with strong written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• LAN/WAN technologies, IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing and switching.
• Fundamental firewall concepts.
• Windows Server installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting.
• Cisco switching and wireless (Access Points), patch panels, cabling, port mapping, cabinet organization.
• Infrastructure monitoring and alert management.
• Server‑room operations (UPS, cooling, fire systems, environmental monitoring).
• Remote‑hands support activities.
• ITSM/ITIL practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management); ServiceNow experience is a plus.
