About the role
We are seeking a passionate, service‑oriented hospitality professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our luxury in‑room dining service at Raffles Istanbul.
Key responsibilities
- Present menu items accurately and suggest appropriate food‑and‑beverage pairings to enhance sales.
- Handle guest complaints professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide personalized service during high‑volume periods and respond promptly to special guest requests.
- Operate POS systems with high accuracy for order entry and payment processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food‑safety standards throughout service.
Required profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and ability to work within a diverse team.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
- Knowledge of fine‑dining service standards and food‑safety compliance.
