Intern – Reintegration Project Support

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking an intern to support its Reintegration projects in Turkey. The role involves assisting with administrative, financial, and operational tasks to ensure effective delivery of services to beneficiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day implementation and monitoring of Reintegration project activities under supervisor guidance.
• Assist in organizing workshops, meetings and conferences, and coordinate service delivery with finance and procurement units.
• Provide translation, interpretation and data‑entry support for Reintegration counselling, including managing appointment schedules and completing forms in MİMOSA.
• Retrieve, compile, analyse and present project‑related information and data.
• Participate in trainings and contribute to capacity‑building of partners.
• Support evaluation of assistance effectiveness for beneficiaries in Turkey.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and oral).
• Enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s programme or graduated within the last 12 months.
• Age between 20 and 36 years with less than two years of relevant work experience.

Required skills

• Data entry (MİMOSA or similar systems).
• Microsoft Office suite.
