Internal Audit Senior Manager

About the role

Marsh Türkiye is looking for an Internal Audit Senior Manager to join its Istanbul office. You will work within the Three Lines of Defence model, providing independent assurance on governance, risk management and internal controls for the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk‑based audits, testing control design and operating effectiveness.
• Deliver the annual risk‑ and regulatory‑based audit plan and conduct local regulator‑required audits.
• Communicate findings, root causes and remediation actions to senior stakeholders.
• Lead internal audits, special projects and data‑analytics‑driven reviews.
• Build strong relationships with business units, support risk assessments and contribute to resource planning and budgeting.
• Mentor, train and evaluate audit staff, participating in recruitment and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law, accounting, finance or a related field.
• 7+ years of audit experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation and training abilities.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and result‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
