Internal Auditor

About the role

GlassHouse is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls across its rapidly growing business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work with both local and international stakeholders, requiring strong analytical and communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk‑based internal audit engagements across business functions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, operational processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical, value‑added solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to the CEO and senior management.
• Monitor implementation of agreed action plans and follow up on remediation activities.
• Collaborate with global teams and international stakeholders on audit‑related matters.
• Assess financial, operational, and compliance risks and contribute to enterprise risk management initiatives.
• Support continuous enhancement of internal audit methodologies, policies, and governance practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4 years of internal audit experience, preferably in a Big Four or multinational environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for frequent communication with international teams.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management, and audit methodologies.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• CIA certification is a plus.
