International Account Executive – CEE

About the role

goFLUENT is seeking an ambitious International Account Executive to develop its Eastern Europe (CEE) territory. The role focuses on B2B sales of cloud‑based language learning solutions, targeting decision‑makers across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients in the CEE region, identify decision‑makers, deliver proposals and close deals.
• Qualify prospects’ business‑critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches and articulate goFLUENT’s impact.
• Develop ROI‑focused business cases and build consultative relationships with influencers and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success teams to close high‑potential opportunities.
• Participate in exhibitions, events and travel to customer sites to support sales efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or international environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, including senior managers and C‑suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, team‑player who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented setting.
• Active on LinkedIn and comfortable using social media for business purposes.
• C1 English level and fluency in Polish or Romanian.
