International CFO – Group Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an International CFO to act as the Group Financial Controller and International Finance Manager for derschutze. Based in Istanbul, you will be the central financial hub linking the Founder/CEO with local accountants and tax advisors across multiple countries, ensuring clear visibility of profitability, cash flow and tax positions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finances across all group companies and countries.
• Prepare consolidated monthly P&L, cash‑flow and financial reports.
• Coordinate and review the work of local accountants and tax advisors.
• Monitor tax obligations and important filing/payment deadlines.
• Manage intercompany transactions and transfer‑pricing matters.
• Monitor bank accounts, liquidity and international cash flow.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and profitability analysis.
• Review retail and e‑commerce financial performance.
• Identify financial, accounting and tax risks.
• Establish strong internal financial controls.
• Report directly to the Founder/CEO.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling.
• Experience with international/multi‑company structures.
• Strong understanding of accounting and international taxation.
• Experience with intercompany transactions and cross‑border business.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Retail/e‑commerce experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; Turkish preferred; German is a plus.
