International Logistics Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an International Logistics Procurement Specialist to lead benchmark studies, market research and tender management across countries, and to execute sourcing strategies for logistics services. The role ensures procurement projects align with company policies, generate cost savings, and maintain high-quality logistics partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3PL benchmark studies, market research and manage tenders in assigned countries.
• Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies for logistics categories.
• Maintain compliance with company policy and quality standards for logistics procurement projects.
• Identify cost-saving and value-added opportunities and lead related projects.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with domestic and international logistics service providers.
• Analyze demand, market trends and supplier capabilities to define optimal procurement strategies.
• Perform risk analyses on scope of supply and customer contracts, and provide negotiation recommendations.
• Manage supplier relationships to secure optimal logistics services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in logistics services.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain concepts such as supplier management, contract management, tendering and negotiation.
• Fluent English (written and verbal); good communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Result-oriented team player with a positive attitude and strong business partnering abilities.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and travel locally and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
