International Sales Business Development Senior Specialist – Africa/Middle East

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven International Sales Business Development Senior Specialist to accelerate our growth across African markets and the Middle East. Reporting to the International Sales Dealer & Operations Unit Manager, you will identify new customers, build strategic partnerships, and manage the full commercial cycle using a data‑driven approach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, distributors and business partners across African and Middle Eastern markets.
• Analyse market opportunities, create action plans and support the launch of new sales channels.
• Conduct prospect outreach, needs analysis, negotiations, proposal preparation, pricing and contract finalisation.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track conversion rates and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, post‑launch monitoring and collaboration with internal operations, logistics and finance teams.
• Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to advise on pricing, product positioning and market strategy.
• Generate business opportunities through trade fairs, field visits and network development across the continent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international sales experience; experience in African markets is a plus.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; French is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the African continent with no travel restrictions.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead initiatives and deliver results.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
