International Sales Representative – Health Tourism (Hybrid Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an International Sales Representative to join our health tourism team. The role combines remote night‑shift work with daytime office presence in Istanbul, allowing you to guide patients from initial contact through treatment completion while maintaining a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage contact with prospective international patients.
• Understand patient needs and propose appropriate medical treatment options.
• Drive sales through effective follow‑up and achieve high conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring patient satisfaction throughout the journey.
• Attend occasional team meetings and training sessions at the Istanbul office.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (required).
• Additional fluency in French or Russian is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, call centres or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, solution‑oriented mindset and patience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
