About the role

Metropolmed is seeking dynamic International Sales Representatives to join its health tourism team. You will be the first point of contact for patients worldwide, guiding them from initial inquiry through treatment while ensuring a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with patient leads, managing the journey from first contact to treatment completion.
Assess patient needs and present suitable medical treatment options.
Close sales through diligent follow‑up, aiming for high conversion rates.
Maintain a premium patient experience and uphold the brand’s reputation for satisfaction.
Enter patient and sales data accurately into the CRM system and generate activity reports.

Required profile

Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
Strong advantage for advanced French or Russian language skills.
Previous experience in healthcare, health tourism, call centres, or sales.
Excellent communication, solution‑oriented, patient‑focused, and resilient attitude.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM systems.
Competence in office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
