IT Manager

About the role

We are seeking an IT Manager to support members, guests and clients with all IT related needs at our Istanbul location. The role involves managing equipment, ensuring safety standards and collaborating with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist members, guests and clients with IT issues and needs.
• Manage and monitor in‑house equipment usage and maintain safety standards.
• Identify safety hazards within the department.
• Administer e‑mail accounts for new hires and terminations, and manage security rights on distribution groups and shared drives.
• Oversee hardware and software evaluations and maintain vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide basic knowledge and troubleshooting support.

Required profile

• Instructional and motivational skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Accurate, structured work approach, flexibility, and strong comprehension.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, service‑oriented and friendly nature.
• Professional education in computer science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good English language skills.

• Installation, repair and maintenance of AV equipment.
