About the role
Dream Games is looking for an IT Manager to lead its IT operations within the Workplace department. You will manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and support operations, and develop and implement strategies that ensure an efficient working environment. The company describes itself as fast-growing and values team members who can contribute to the final product.
Key responsibilities
- Lead IT teams and ensure operational excellence
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls and systems
- Ensure reliable hardware, software and end-user support across the organization
- Control IT assets through their lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal
- Follow new technologies and integrate them into the company
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, including networking, firewalls and VPNs
- Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion and interest in games, and appreciation of teamwork
