IT Specialist - Systems Analyst

About the role

The IT Specialist – Systems Analyst will ensure the smooth operation of Marriott’s computer networks, workstations, and server systems at the Istanbul location. You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software while providing end‑user support and training.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, evaluate and repair computer networks, workstations and server systems.
• Manage user accounts, computer/telephone rooms and maintain inventory of all technological devices.
• Provide network communications support, troubleshoot LAN/WAN and internet issues, and implement network security measures.
• Respond to program error messages, backup data, and ensure backup tapes are stored securely.
• Plan and coordinate equipment installations, moves, additions, changes and system enhancements.
• Monitor and manage disk space across the network and maintain accurate documentation.
• Train users on proper system use and security, and serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• At least 2 years of related IT experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
