IT Support Professional

About the role

Bosch is looking for a proactive IT Support Professional to join its Workplace Support and Digital Enablement team in Manisa. You will represent Central IT and ensure seamless, high‑quality IT services for end‑users across office and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and workplace technologies, keeping both office and production sites operational.
• Manage the local IT inventory, track stock and oversee hardware asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Troubleshoot user requests related to authorizations, accounts, software installations and industrial device connectivity.
• Collaborate with central/international IT teams and external partners on roll‑outs, service restorations and site projects.
• Identify repetitive processes and create automations using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deliver short, practical training sessions to help employees use modern workplace tools and AI productivity assistants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support services and familiarity with ITIL principles.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset, excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Windows 11 operating system and general IT hardware knowledge.
• Network connectivity and communication protocols for industrial devices.
• Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps for building automations.
• IT Service Management (ITIL) concepts.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge (plus).
