About the role
Azerion, a digital advertising and entertainment media platform founded in 2014, is looking for an IT Support Specialist in Istanbul to provide IT support to its staff and help manage internal IT operations from A to Z. The position covers an afternoon shift from 12pm to 8pm.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the life cycle of devices: purchases, installation, configuration, account management, software upgrades and off-boarding
- Troubleshoot colleagues' issues with devices, accounts, network and printers
- Manage software licenses
Required profile
- Already based in Turkey; relocation is not offered
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage business partners and vendors
- Fluent in English
Required skills
- Comfortable with computers, macOS and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of keeping devices, systems and services secure
- Not afraid of a few terminal commands
