Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead the Levi’s Boyner concession business, developing tactical and strategic account plans to drive sales and brand experience. You will be responsible for achieving weekly KPIs and delivering a premium brand experience to customers and consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans for the Boyner concession, ensuring stock optimization and meeting P&L targets.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, planning, and HR to maximize key account potential.
• Provide market intelligence, monitor competitor moves, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Manage and develop store staff, delivering training on brand and product knowledge.
• Coordinate staffing activities with HR and oversee cost‑effectiveness of the sales team.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the apparel industry, including people management.
• Strong commercial mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer relations, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
• Collaborative, creative problem‑solver with an entrepreneurial approach.
