LATAM Operations & Account Manager

About the role

Red DMC, a leading Destination Management Company, is expanding its LATAM footprint and seeks a driven Operations & Account Manager to support outbound travel, leisure groups, and MICE operations across Italy and Europe from its Istanbul office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for Latin American B2B wholesale partners, tour operators, and travel agencies.
• Oversee end‑to‑end workflows for LATAM leisure tours, custom group packages, and MICE events in Italy/Europe.
• Manage hotel bookings, room blocks, transport logistics, local guides, and supplier contracts across Italian destinations.
• Prepare detailed trip costings, margin calculations, budgeting, and post‑tour financial reconciliations.
• Co‑manage on‑ground execution during major B2B trade shows (e.g., BIT Milano 2027) and host LATAM buyer delegations on post‑fair FAM trips.

Required profile

• Fluent/native Spanish (written and spoken); professional English and/or Turkish; Portuguese a plus.
• 3–5 years experience in outbound tour operations, DMC management, or B2B account management with LATAM markets.
• Strong budgeting, margin control, supplier negotiation and pricing expertise.
• Solid knowledge of European, especially Italian, destinations.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities for high‑volume seasons.
