Learning and Development Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Minor Hotels Middle East & Africa is seeking a passionate Learning and Development Manager to shape the future of luxury hospitality. The role focuses on designing and implementing learning strategies that enhance operational efficiency and elevate guest experiences across the hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct annual and quarterly learning needs analyses using guest satisfaction scores, performance reviews, operational metrics and emerging business needs.
• Identify, prioritize and communicate capability gaps to the Hotel Leadership Team.
• Translate business goals, guest feedback and operational challenges into actionable learning strategies aligned with workforce and succession planning.
• Lead the development of the hotel’s annual Learning & Development plan and budget, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic KPIs.
• Support department heads in creating departmental learning plans and structured training calendars.
• Integrate modern learning solutions and monitor the effectiveness of training programs.

• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive learning initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all hotel departments.
