Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to shape our employee growth strategy. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with business objectives and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze training needs, create an annual L&D plan, monitor progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Align learning initiatives with company strategies and business goals.
• Manage and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content is up‑to‑date.
• Design, organize, and coordinate a variety of training programs and workshops.
• Develop new projects to strengthen employee competencies and integrate competency management processes.
• Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and report on outcomes.
• Drive innovative learning activities to improve employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development and competency management.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, project management and an innovative mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
