Lifecycle Marketer – Fintech

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing US fintech serving Latin America, is looking for a Lifecycle Marketer to own user communications across the entire customer journey. You will design, execute, and optimise campaigns that move users from sign‑up through activation, engagement, reactivation and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own lifecycle programs for all user segments, from acquisition to retention.
• Develop and execute customer‑journey strategies across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp and in‑app messaging.
• Map user journeys, identify drop‑off points and create targeted communications to move users forward.
• Build scalable segmentation, personalization and automation frameworks.
• Design, launch and continuously optimise automated campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Drive cross‑sell of USD accounts, cards and stable‑coin wallet features.
• Measure performance with Mixpanel, run A/B tests and report on lifecycle impact.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams and leverage AI for content generation and data analysis.

Required profile

• Data‑first mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Hands‑on attitude: able to design flows, write copy and implement campaigns.
• Experience analysing user funnels and fixing drop‑off points.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hyper‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Mixpanel (or similar analytics platform).
