Local Key Account Manager

About the role

Ferrero is looking for a Local Key Account Manager to shape and execute its sales strategy in Istanbul. Working closely with the head of accounts and the Supermarket Channel Manager, you will build strong client relationships and drive commercial initiatives across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop SMART customer plans covering strategy, goals, and tactics for range, merchandising, promotions, pricing, service and distribution.
• Negotiate yearly and periodic contracts with local key accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to strengthen trust‑based relationships.
• Create and agree on account budgets to meet profitability targets.
• Provide accurate forecasts for production planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of sales channels and client culture.
• Experience in budget and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
