About the role
The Logistics Operations and Sales Support Specialist will manage inbound contract execution for Turkish buyers, coordinate with international logistics teams, and ensure smooth shipment processes to Turkey.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound contracts execution, focusing on FOB, CFR, and CIF incoterms to Turkish ports.
- Issue sales contracts, share advance payment invoices, and create shipment instructions for origin logistics teams worldwide.
- Communicate shipment status with origin teams and update buyers and traders.
- Track and coordinate shipment documents, flag potential delays, and ensure document completeness.
- Maintain a contract tracking Excel file covering the end‑to‑end contract cycle.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably in international import logistics or major shipping lines.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
