Supply Planning Manager

About the role
Danone Türkiye is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to develop accurate production plans, ensure product availability, and optimise inventory across the supply network.
Key responsibilities
- Develop timely and accurate plans for finished products within a 1‑17 week horizon.
- Coordinate production priorities to maximise performance and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Set and monitor safety stock targets, track total inventory and identify slow‑moving stock.
- Provide analyses and data for production and supply planning, and report production plans (PSL) of the factory.
- Collaborate with logistics, demand planners, customer service and other departments to align release schedules and forecast transport needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
