Maintenance Engineer – Assembly Systems & Machinery

About the role

Join ZF’s growing team in Arifiye, Sakarya as a Maintenance Engineer. You will be responsible for keeping assembly lines, machining centres and press shop equipment running smoothly while continuously improving maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and maintain assembly systems, machining centres and press shop equipment.
• Analyse and resolve complex electrical, pneumatic and mechanical faults.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, pneumatic/hydraulic schematics and electrical diagrams to select correct replacement parts.
• Disassemble, clean, repair, re‑assemble and adjust mechanical components according to technical documentation.
• Replace defective parts such as pumps, motors and valves.
• Execute existing maintenance plans independently and document outcomes.
• Support machine relocations and transportation activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with programming and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and safe handling of hazardous substances.
• Strong initiative, independence and teamwork abilities.
• Good command of English and Turkish, both spoken and written.
