Management Trainee – AI Engineer

About the role

Hayat is looking for a motivated Management Trainee with a focus on AI engineering to join its DT team in Istanbul. This position is designed for recent graduates eager to apply AI and machine‑learning techniques to real business challenges in the fast‑moving consumer goods sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI and machine‑learning solutions for business use cases.
• Build prototypes and applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search and AI agents.
• Create data preparation, processing, retrieval and analysis pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Train, evaluate and improve machine‑learning models.
• Develop data‑processing solutions with Python, SQL and Spark.
• Work with AI and data services on Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Microsoft Fabric.
• Integrate AI models and services into business applications.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in AI and data engineering.
• Eager to learn and solve real‑world business problems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross‑functional team.
