Management Trainee – Digital Revenue & AI Products

About the role

Join Demirören Media’s AI‑first transformation as a Management Trainee, working on new digital revenue models, a unified customer platform, and AI‑native products across Turkey’s leading media brands.

Key responsibilities

• Model pricing, packaging and revenue scenarios, and build business cases.
• Analyze customer data to create segmentation, churn and personalization frameworks.
• Define use cases, requirements and roadmaps for AI products; rapidly test and measure MVPs.
• Collaborate end‑to‑end with product, technology, editorial, advertising and CRM teams.
• Define and track KPIs such as ARPU, conversion, retention and ROAS, providing insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in revenue/growth, CRM/customer analytics, product management or data science/AI.
• Data‑driven, experiment‑oriented mindset with ability to take ownership in ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication skills and full professional fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to perform analysis using Python or a similar tool.
