Manager – Treasury Middle Office & Collateral Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead our Treasury Middle Office and Collateral Management functions. The role bridges Treasury and IT, driving technology and business transformation projects while ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop Treasury Middle Office functions.
• Manage end‑to‑end Collateral Management processes.
• Coordinate negotiations under ISDA, CSA, and GMRA agreements.
• Work with the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT), Takasbank and other regulatory authorities.
• Oversee calculation and control of the bank’s foreign‑exchange (FX) position.
• Monitor Treasury product risks and enforce process controls.
• Support Treasury transformation initiatives, including new products, systems and processes.
• Act as primary liaison between Treasury and IT, analysing requirements and leading technology implementations.
• Drive continuous process‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and strengthen controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 7‑10 years of banking experience, with extensive knowledge of Treasury Middle Office or Treasury Risk functions.
• Strong understanding of Treasury products and transaction life cycles.
• Hands‑on experience in Collateral Management and advanced knowledge of ISDA, CSA and GMRA documentation.
• Solid grasp of FX position calculation methodologies and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in Treasury transformation projects, business analysis and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and valid Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) licences.
