Marketing Executive - Technical Fibers

About the role

Aksa, a company of Akkök Holding founded in 1968 in Yalova and the world's largest producer of acrylic fiber, is looking for a Technical Fibers Marketing Executive to join its Technical Fibers Sales and Marketing Directorate. The role develops the B2B marketing strategy and leads product and brand positioning for the technical fibers division.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the B2B marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for the technical fibers division, aligned with commercial priorities.
• Lead product and brand positioning, defining value propositions, target customer segments and areas of differentiation.
• Work closely with sales teams on customer acquisition, market development and lead generation.
• Turn market, customer and competitor insights into actionable strategies and implementation plans.
• Define marketing budgets, KPIs and performance metrics, and analyse results to find improvements.
• Manage relationships with agencies, consultants and other external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the marketing communications team on international campaigns, digital communication, content and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing, marketing strategy, brand management and integrated marketing activities.
• Experience in product marketing, value propositions and positioning for technical products.
• Preferably experience in technical sectors such as technical textiles, industrial products or chemicals.
• Fluent English with excellent international communication skills.
