Marketing Specialist - Technical Textiles

About the role

Aksa, a company of Akkök Holding founded in 1968 in Yalova and the world's largest producer of acrylic fiber, is looking for a Marketing Specialist. The role supports the development and implementation of international marketing strategies, strengthens product positioning and identifies new market opportunities in the technical textiles industry.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in developing and implementing international B2B marketing strategies for the technical textiles brands.
• Create value propositions and marketing messages based on product technical specifications, customer needs and application areas.
• Prepare or coordinate technical content, product descriptions, presentations, case studies and other marketing materials.
• Work with sales teams to define target customer groups, generate leads and support sales processes.
• Carry out market, competitor and customer analyses to find new opportunities and points of differentiation.
• Monitor marketing results through KPIs, prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Document knowledge, methods and tools to sustain marketing processes.
• Plan international trade fairs and industry events, and coordinate website, LinkedIn and other digital channel content with the Marketing Communications team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing preferred.
• Advanced English, able to write marketing content and communicate with international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive, responsible and able to collaborate with different teams.
• Experience in technical textiles, industrial products, chemicals or other technical B2B sectors preferred.
• Ability to explain complex products and their commercial value to different customer groups preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and awareness of new marketing methods and technologies.
• Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools preferred.
