Marketing Manager - Global Brand & Patient Acquisition

About the role

Massive Bio, an AI-powered precision medicine platform connecting patients to clinical trials worldwide, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function and strengthen its global brand presence. The role focuses on scalable patient acquisition, with a strong emphasis on the US market, and combines growth marketing with brand, product marketing, events, partnerships and integrated communications. It is a senior leadership role that includes leading and developing a marketing team, managing budgets and working closely with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the global marketing strategy, with a focus on the US, and lead, mentor and develop the marketing team, setting objectives, KPIs and budgets
• Manage external agencies, vendors and partners, and partner with executives on growth opportunities and investments
• Own patient acquisition: oversee performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid social, search), guide the Growth team, optimize funnel metrics and acquire patients organically
• Build brand positioning, integrated campaigns, content marketing, thought leadership, social media, PR and corporate communications
• Support product positioning, go-to-market strategies, product launches and sales enablement materials
• Plan healthcare and oncology events, co-marketing and partnerships, and measure their impact
• Own performance reporting, set dashboards and ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and patient privacy requirements

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including growth marketing, performance marketing and digital acquisition
• Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing substantial budgets
• Strong track record of strategies that deliver measurable acquisition and business growth
• Experience with the US market and excellent English communication skills
• Nice to have: healthcare, health-tech or digital health experience
