Marketing Manager (Turkey)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead the Turkish market for ALO, a boutique lifestyle retailer focused on activewear, clean beauty, and wellness. This 360‑degree role will shape and execute local marketing strategies while aligning with global brand directives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the local marketing strategy, manage budgets and timelines.
• Plan and execute store openings, product launches, brand activations, wellness events and community initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, venues, influencers and mall marketing teams.
• Oversee content production, asset management and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Develop and manage influencer collaborations, gifting programs and partnership activations.
• Lead multiple marketing projects, maintain calendars, trackers and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Monitor industry trends, conduct market research and produce competitor and performance reports.
• Administer the local marketing budget, process purchase orders and maintain documentation.
