Marketing Specialist

About the role

Redington Turkey is seeking a creative, digitally‑savvy Marketing Specialist who blends digital marketing expertise with AI‑powered visual and video content creation. The role will support the Marketing & Communications team in executing integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and demand generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Manage and update digital assets across website, blog, marketplace, LinkedIn and other social media channels, monitoring performance and reporting regularly.
• Create brand‑aligned visuals, event invitations, presentations, digital banners and other materials using Canva and generative AI tools.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos, teasers and motion graphics with AI‑powered video generation and editing tools.
• Coordinate with PR, creative and digital agencies to ensure timely campaign delivery and media visibility.
• Own day‑to‑day marketing operations including MDF claims, budget tracking, inventory management and promotional material handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of digital marketing or marketing communications experience, preferably in B2B and technology sectors.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Practical proficiency in Canva and generative AI tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney.
• Experience with AI‑assisted video tools like Runway, CapCut.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Figma (preferred).
• Management of corporate LinkedIn accounts, website content, email campaigns and digital content calendars.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms; experience with Zoho One is a plus.
