Mechanical Systems Design Engineer II

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Systems Design Engineer II to support the growth and execution of our EcoFit business. The role blends technical mechanical design expertise with coordination of cross‑functional teams, ensuring EcoFit opportunities are identified, quoted, delivered, and reported efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed mechanical system designs for EcoFit and modernization projects.
• Provide equipment selection, conduct technical studies, perform engineering calculations, and prepare technical documentation.
• Identify technical risks, propose mitigation actions, and support troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis during field and project phases.
• Act as the focal point for EcoFit coordination across Sales, Tendering, Project Management, Service Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical teams.
• Support tendering teams in creating technical and commercial proposals and ensure smooth handover to project execution.
• Track EcoFit growth opportunities, manage intra‑group quotations, and follow up on opportunities to conversion.
