Mechatronics Test Engineer - R&D (Aksaray)

About the role

Mercedes-Benz Türk develops and produces trucks and buses in its Aksaray factory and is part of the Daimler Truck AG R&D network. As a Mechatronics Test Engineer you will test and validate the mechatronic systems behind the vehicles, helping them perform reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze mechatronics-related issues from reliability truck testing fleets at all global testing locations
• Diagnose and rate testing feedback, evaluate findings with experts in regular meetings, and implement validated improvements
• Report and document detailed results in the testing database
• Coordinate prototype integration in vehicles with parts and vehicle supervisors
• Support reliability test fleets in Brazil, India and Germany with issue analysis in E/E architecture, wiring harness, CAN communication and fault analysis
• Maintain measurement and data logging systems in test trucks and analyse their data

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
• Good English; German is an asset
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
• Nice to have: experience in automotive component or product design, product design and validation, and familiarity with international, cross-location teamwork
