Medical Manager

About the role

DEVA, a leading Turkish pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Medical Manager to support the development and marketing of its products. The role combines scientific expertise with the ability to train and inform the sales force, ensuring that medical information is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical support for product development and marketing activities.
• Design and deliver internal medical training for the sales team, including preparation of manuals and visual materials.
• Continuously search for new scientific data, literature and guidelines to keep medico‑marketing content current.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align medical information with commercial strategies.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy or Veterinary science.
• Completion of obligatory service as a doctor for new medical graduates.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in a medical department.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
