Merchandising & Production Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Merchandising & Production Assistant to support the end‑to‑end development of our women’s, men’s and accessories collections. The role ensures smooth coordination between suppliers, internal teams and the Quality Control department, helping to bring products from concept to store shelves on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in fit meetings for all collections and communicate revision requirements to suppliers.
• Monitor sample development and production processes, maintaining close contact with manufacturers.
• Track product completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards and specifications are met and that deliveries reach stores on time.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers and the Quality Control team.
• Assist in preparing retail prices and entering collection items into the relevant systems.
• Coordinate production and delivery of trims and accessories to suppliers.
• Provide product data, barcodes and other details to the Product Data Management team.
• Monitor international shipment and customs clearance, keeping internal teams updated on status.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in fashion, textile, apparel or retail environments.
• Excellent follow‑up, planning and organisational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with capacity to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
