Middle DevOps Engineer (Database or CI/CD & Kubernetes)

About the role

We are looking for two Middle DevOps Engineers to join a fast‑growing engineering team that supports a large‑scale international IT product. One role focuses on databases, the other on CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes. You will work with a modern tech stack and high‑load infrastructures while having clear paths for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain resilient, fault‑tolerant infrastructure.
• Scale systems to handle high traffic loads.
• Set up and optimise build and code‑delivery processes.
• Automate routine tasks and introduce new tools and technologies.
• Support and develop database clusters (PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Aerospike, Consul).
• Manage and troubleshoot production Kubernetes clusters, write Helm charts.
• Participate in on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of commercial DevOps experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux server administration.
• Hands‑on experience with IaC tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Proficiency in GitLab CI for Docker‑based deployments using Python or Go.
• Experience with database clusters and high‑availability concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions (Zabbix, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK, Sentry).
• Solid understanding of containerisation (Docker, docker‑compose) and Kubernetes.
• Conversational English (B1 level or higher).
