Mid/Senior HR Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Mid/Senior HR Operations Specialist to own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle operations, maintain HR systems, support payroll and drive employee experience initiatives in a fast‑growing, AI‑focused startup.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding and all employee documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS with confidentiality and continuously improve processes.
• Coordinate statutory obligations, labor‑law notifications and collaborate with external payroll and legal partners.
• Support monthly payroll cycles by preparing and validating inputs, changes and leave records.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, leave and documentation, and help develop policy communications.
• Oversee benefits operations, including private health insurance, and manage external vendors.
• Coordinate employee surveys, HR communications and internal projects.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics for leadership decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in HR Operations, Administration or Personnel Affairs.
• Solid knowledge of labor law, statutory processes and employee documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Interest or experience using AI tools to improve HR processes.
