Mobile Developer – Remote AI Project

About the role

We are looking for experienced Mobile Software Engineers to design and build challenging coding tasks for a remote AI project. You will create realistic mobile engineering problems that test an AI model’s ability to debug, develop features, refactor code, manage state, and optimise performance across iOS, Android, React and Flutter platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and author mobile engineering tasks using real or representative codebases, covering bug fixing, feature development, lifecycle management and performance optimisation.
• Set up reproducible development environments and write deterministic verifiers that automatically evaluate solutions.
• Produce golden reference implementations and document task requirements, expected behaviour and edge cases.

Required profile

• Significant professional experience building mobile applications on at least one track (iOS, Android, React, or Flutter).
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving and code‑refactoring skills in complex mobile codebases.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting and communicate technical requirements clearly.

Required skills

• React, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Flutter, Dart
• iOS development with Swift, SwiftUI or UIKit
• Android development with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose or Android Views
• Mobile architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, CI/CD and automated testing
