직무 소개

메리어트 인터내셔널 이스탄불 지점에서 주방 조리사를 모집합니다. 신선한 재료를 준비하고 다양한 조리 기구를 운영하여 고품질 식사를 제공하는 역할을 맡게 됩니다.

주요 업무

재료 세척, 껍질 제거, 계량 및 혼합
레시피와 품질 기준에 따라 음식 조리
오븐, 스토브, 그릴, 전자레인지, 튀김기 등 장비 운영
조리 과정 중 음식의 익힘 정도와 품질 확인
음식 작업 공간 정리 및 청소
음식을 적절한 용기에 포장 및 제공
주방 도구와 설비의 위생 및 소독 관리
안전 정책 준수 및 사고·부상 보고

지원 자격

고등학교 졸업 또는 동등 학력
관련 업무 경험 최소 1년 이상
특별한 면허·자격증 필요 없음

필수 역량

재료 준비 및 계량 능력
오븐, 스토브, 그릴, 전자레인지, 튀김기 등 조리 장비 사용 능력
음식 안전 및 위생 관리
팀워크와 원활한 의사소통
신체적으로 장시간 서서 작업할 수 있는 체력
