Operations Specialist – Transportation

About the role

Anatolia is seeking an Operations Specialist (Transportation) to support its international distribution centre in Aliaga, Izmir. You will ensure smooth transportation planning, accurate shipping documentation, and compliance with customs regulations for shipments across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation planning with the Operations Officer.
• Maintain organized and accurate shipping documents.
• Monitor regulatory changes and inform relevant departments.
• Distribute required documents to departments before shipments and follow up on received paperwork.
• Organise customs processes for import shipments and customer deliveries.
• Prepare and verify all necessary customs documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in foreign trade.
• Proficiency in customs regulations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work within tight, changing deadlines.
• Willingness to work according to Canadian time zones.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• SAP (preferred).
