About the role
ICBC Turkey is looking for an Oracle Forms Developer to join its Information Technology Department at the Head Office in Maslak, Istanbul. The role involves developing and maintaining Oracle‑based applications that support the bank’s business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and analyze Oracle applications according to business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Support architectural design of data and software, ensuring quality and security compliance.
- Prepare documentation throughout development phases and assist the help desk with incidents when needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle technologies, PL/SQL and Oracle Forms.
- Strong analytical thinking, solution‑oriented attitude, and good English communication skills.
- No current military obligation or postponed for at least two years.
