Organizational Development and Learning Specialist

About the role

Flormar is looking for an Organizational Development and Learning Specialist to shape talent growth and performance across the company. You will drive learning initiatives, support performance management, and enhance employee experience in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct development needs analyses aligned with corporate strategy and design competency‑based training programs.
• Plan and maintain the Development Catalog and manage digital learning platforms such as Flormar Campus and Udemy Business.
• Coordinate with external training partners, customize corporate learning content, and oversee participant communications.
• Track learning analytics, evaluate the impact of development investments, and report results.
• Support the holistic performance management system, including OKRs, 360‑degree feedback, and related learning activities.
• Lead internal communication projects that boost employee happiness, manage the annual engagement survey, and improve new‑employee experiences.
• Design and execute the global onboarding program, coordinating with multiple departments.
• Prepare launch and communication plans for HR processes and internal campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Solid knowledge of learning & development, talent, performance, and organizational development practices.
• Experience with digital transformation and AI adoption in HR is a plus.
• Innovative, collaborative, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration (e.g., Flormar Campus, Udemy Business).
• Learning analytics and measurement of training effectiveness.
