Part‑time Logistics Material Planning Support (Student)

About the role

Join Bosch's Logistics Smart Start program as a part‑time material planning assistant. You will support the BuP2/LOG and Shared Material Planning Service/Hub, ensuring smooth supply‑chain operations while studying.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and order materials from suppliers, monitoring order execution to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Perform daily checks on past‑due and missing parts to avoid production disruptions and meet customer on‑time delivery targets.
• Coordinate with the plant to handle unqualified material, accelerate inspection processes for urgent items, and manage physical material transfers.
• Communicate promptly with production planners to align material availability with customer demand.

Required profile

• Third‑year or senior university student in Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Available to work 3‑5 days per week.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Logical thinking and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure, with honesty and responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using SAP for material planning.
