People & Culture Business Partner

About the role

Join MultiSport Türkiye as a People & Culture Business Partner and become the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units. You will help align people strategies with business goals, foster employee engagement, and support a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main People & Culture liaison for employees in designated units.
• Implement HR policies and processes in line with daily operations.
• Analyze business needs and collaborate with Employee Experience, Organizational Development, and HR Operations to deliver solutions.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and staff to boost engagement and well‑being.
• Coach managers on HR processes and support achievement of business objectives.
• Oversee performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, learning & development, and budgeting.
• Participate in HR projects and organizational development initiatives.
• Promote initiatives that strengthen company culture and values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Solid knowledge of performance management, talent development, learning & development, and organizational development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with reporting experience.
• Good knowledge of Turkish labor law and related legislation.
