Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

A digital marketing agency is looking for a skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join its team. The role works with a mid-level performance team to plan, run and analyse Google Ads and social media campaigns, and to monitor their performance against client KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise, execute and analyse Google Ads and social media campaigns
• Monitor and optimise daily, weekly and monthly performance of SEM, display, video and social media campaigns
• Measure and report on Google Ads and Facebook Ads performance
• Manage daily budgets and spending pacing, and recommend improvements
• Document campaign best practices and test approaches to refine them
• Work with internal and external teams, agencies and vendors to create ads and coordinate projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• 1-2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and social media campaigns, preferably in a digital agency
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, and excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage budgets and make strategic recommendations
• Creative mindset and collaborative attitude

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of SEM, display, video and social media advertising
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
